一、保温材料要求
1、 Insulation material requirements
（1）风管和管道的保温，应采用不燃或难燃材料，其材质、密度、规格与厚度应符合设计要求。如采用难燃材料，应对其难燃性进行检查，合格后方可使用。
(1) The insulation of air ducts and pipelines should be made of non combustible or flame retardant materials, and their material, density, specifications, and thickness should meet the design requirements. If flame retardant materials are used, their flame retardancy should be checked and qualified before use.
检查数量：按批随机抽查1件。
Inspection quantity: Randomly inspect one piece per batch.
检查方法：观察检查、检查材料合格证、并做点燃试验。
Inspection method: Observe and inspect, check the material qualification certificate, and conduct a ignition test.
2）在下列场合必须使用不燃绝热材料：
2) Non combustible insulation materials must be used in the following situations:
1）电加热器前后800mm的风管和绝热层
1) 800mm air duct and insulation layer before and after the electric heater
2）穿越防火墙两侧2m范围内风管、管道和绝热层。
2) Cross the air duct, pipeline, and insulation layer within a range of 2m on both sides of the firewall.
检查数量：全数检查。

检查方法：观察检查、检查材料合格证、并做点燃试验。

（3）位于洁净室内的风管及管道的绝热，不应采用易产尘的材料。（如玻璃纤维、短纤维矿棉等）
(3) The insulation of air ducts and pipelines located in clean rooms should not use materials that are prone to dust production. (such as fiberglass, short fiber mineral wool, etc.)
检查数量：全数检查；

二、常用保温材料性能
2、 Performance of commonly used insulation materials
（1）橡塑制品
(1) Rubber and plastic products
密闭式发泡结构，导热系数小，具有优良的绝热效果，表面水汽不易透过，吸水率低，柔软，外观清洁，适用温度－40℃～105℃，具有良好的阻燃效果。
Closed foam structure with low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation effect. The surface is not easily penetrated by water vapor, has low water absorption rate, is soft, and has a clean appearance. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 105 ℃ and has good flame retardant effect.
（2）岩棉板

以玄武岩及其他矿石为主要原料，经高温熔融成纤，加入适量粘结剂，固化加工而成。具有良好的绝热、隔音效果。施工便利，效果好，建筑用岩棉板具有良好的防火、保温和吸间性能，主要用于建筑墙体、防火墙、防火门和电梯井的防火和降噪。

4）复合硅酸盐

具有耐高温、用料薄造价省、无污染、寿命长，施工便捷等特点。导热系数低，适用温度范围广，、无污染，对人体无刺激伤害，粘结性好。
It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, thin materials, low cost, no pollution, long service life, and convenient construction. Low thermal conductivity, wide temperature range, non-toxic, pollution-free, non irritating to the human body, and good adhesion.
5）酚醛保温板
5) Phenolic insulation board
防火性能优异，保温效果突出，质轻、不吸水，，尺寸稳定性好，用途广泛（墙体、空调风管、管道保温、机房柜保温，设备保温）。
Excellent fire resistance, outstanding insulation and energy-saving effect, lightweight, non absorbent, safe and environmentally friendly, with good dimensional stability, widely used (wall, air conditioning duct, pipeline insulation, machine room cabinet insulation, equipment insulation).
突出的特点是不燃、低烟，施工方便。
The most prominent feature is non combustible, low smoke, and convenient construction.
