如果是管道外表面很轻微的破损，可以用专用的密封胶带来进行修补即可。如果是管道内表面有轻微破损，则可用舒伯专用修补胶进行修补。如果管道外表面的铝箔层发生破损，而玻纤保温层未发生损坏，则可选用一片合格的铝箔片进行管道铝箔表面的修补。

如果管道壁的破损已达到玻纤保温层时，则可将破损的地方切割下来，开出雌雄搭接口，另选一块完好的板材，根据切割下来的玻板尺寸切割好，留下雌雄搭接口，在四周接口上涂上修补胶及粘胶剂，根据工艺规范进行密封。如果管道的破损比较严重，且破损面积比较大，有可能会影响通风管道系统的正常运行时，就需要对管道进行更换修补，以保证系统的正常运行。
